Within the framework of the track, you will be exposed to a diverse and colorful world of basic and advanced gymnastics skills. Children will experience the basics like jumps, flips, and balance, and even try their hand at the beam, while learning and enjoying.

In addition, the track includes additional challenging and fun exercises: handstands, forward and backward rolls, flying rolls, and more. All in a supportive and safe environment.

The gymnastics track at the Kfar Hayarok’s camp is designed for children ages 6 and up. The camp combines gymnastics training of various types: beam, floor, and jumping, among others. The track is suitable for children of all levels, from those who want to experience gymnastics for the first time to those who are already involved in the sport and want to improve and refine their performance. The camp also includes creative workshops, fun days, exciting activities, a wide range of sports, and more.
The gymnastics track is integrated into the regular track – children who choose this track will detach from their group for the gymnastics activity (1 hour, 3 times a week) and then return to their group.
